Community Management and Landscaping companies are tirelessly working to return our community back to a natural jungle state while previous landscaping contractor:
- used weed control and pest control hurting the environment
- kept the whole community look very artificial with a green thick grass turf
- harmed weeds and pests across the community causing natural disbalance
- kept removing leaves causing noise pollution and making residents miss the fall vibe
This landscaping contractor, with the help of community management community, is helping Belmont to go into a natural jungle landscape. This contractor:
- lets the community stays natural and give everyone great fall vibe by not removing leaves
- lets pests and weeds thrive by not applying weed control and pest control (though their subcontractor pays ceremonial visits to the community but stays on the agenda)
- keeps leaves in the community providing two-three months of fertile ground for pests
- allows pests to reclaim non-native ornamental trees
- performs ceremonial pruning and tree/shrub maintenance leaving them in a natural state for a natural jungle vibe
- performs ceremonial aeration, seeding, pest control, weed control, and edging to allow weeds and pests grow so they can reclaim the land and eliminate green grass turf
Did you say but we are paying for the landscape maintenance? See here.
